Tara Barnes is a queer, settler-ally with a passion for storytelling, content production and community. So, she built a management company that is focused on building personal brands that connect and foster representation in film, television and social media.
She has managed diverse influencers, activists, entertainers and helped produce content that uplifts their stories in the mainstream. Along with social media and public relations, she also produced one of the most well-watched documentaries for CBC called: Inendi.
She has created lasting corporate ambassadorships with Canada Goose, Sephora, Apple, AIR MILES, Nike N7, Uniqlo, Manitobah Mukluks, Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Pendleton Woollen Mills, Harley Davidson, BDO, Holt Renfrew, WE the TreadRight Foundation and more.
Before becoming a producer and manager, Tara was the Vice President of Marketing for Manitobah Mukluks for 10 years. Her role encompassed all marketing activities for the Indigenous-owned footwear brand. As a settler, she was taught to see diverse perspectives and developed a culturally-progressive and socially-driven ethos for business and media.
With a background in fine arts and engineering, she and her team helped Manitobah Mukluks' founders shape a vision for the brand that celebrated impact and function alike. Since 2010, she’s helped Manitobah develop a global following with hundreds of thousands of fans that share the vision of making a significant impact in Indigenous communities. Manitobah Mukluks has ranked on the GROWTH 500 list of Canada's fastest-growing businesses for 5 years in a row and in the top 150 Iconic Canadian brands of all time.
Tara was awarded a 40 under 40 Award for business excellence by the Ottawa Business Journal.

Kairyn (Kai) Potts (he/him) is proudly Nakota Sioux from Treaty 6 Territory (Paul Band FN and the Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation). He is a proud Two-Spirit person and Indigenous content creator. As a former board member for 2Spirits in Motion and Youth Suicide Prevention Team representative, he is a passionate advocate who works to improve indigenous youth's lives (particularly queer youth and youth in the child and family services system). He was named to Tik Tok’s Global Discover List in 2022 as one of the platform’s top 50 change makers.
Kai now makes his home in beautiful Tkaronto, where he works as a writer, actor, model, TV host. He continues his youth advocacy through public speaking, content creation, frontline workshops and community events. He is the host for Snapchat’s Canada’s First Original Series “Reclaimed” and has appeared in the APTN Series “7th GEN.”
Kai co-founded the Indigenous gaming organization Neechi Clan in 2022. Kai is an avid gamer and streamer on Twitch and Tiktok who aims to create representation and opportunities for Indigenous youth in the gaming/content creation world. His creative projects allow him to utilize online platforms to share his voice, culture, makeup, lifestyle and fashion. His audience is highly engaged and shares his passions for humour, gaming and Indigenous social issues.

"Tia Wood is a 22-year-old singer and content creator based in Los Angeles. Wood champions her Cree and Salish cultures on the Tik Tok app, using it as a platform to educate others about her people’s history and traditions, through singing, informational videos, and doing Indigenous takes on popular TikTok trends (she recently took on the “Face Zoom” trend, popularized by Bella Poarch, in full Native regalia). Since joining the app in March, Wood has now collected more than 2.3 million fans."

Kaniehtiio Horn is a gifted actress, writer and director whose creative versatility and talent have created a cult following. She grew up on the Kahnawake Mohawk reserve west of Montreal where still resides today as a young mother and community advocate.
Horn is best known for her beloved performance as Tanis in the critically acclaimed Canadian comedy series, LETTERKENNY. Zhaawnong Webb is Anishinaabe from the Mississauga Anishinaabek Territory in Burleigh Falls, Ontario. He is a treaty status member from Kitigan-Zibi FN in Quebec. He majors in Indigenous Studies at Trent University.

Theland Kicknosway is an Indigenous youth trailblazer who utilizes his voice to spread his message and showcase Indigenous culture. He is wolf clan from the Potawatomi and Cree Nations and is a member of Walpole Island, Bkejwanong Territory.
He has been featured in CBC Arts and CBC News, Flare, Teen Vogue, Complex, and Huffington Post Canada. Theland has gained recognition in the Indigenous community and worldwide as a traditional singer, flute player, hoop dancer, activist & influencer. Theland ranked 7th in the world after returning from the 2023 World Hoop Dance Championship in Phoenix, Arizona.
